Black Spots On Lips, Peeling Skin

I have discoloration on my botton lip.at first my lip was pink then one day my skin peeled off and left my flesh exposed and the air would make it sting. It took about two weeks for then skin to grow back and when it did it left 2black and spots on my lips . Now like a year later on of the spots. Has peeled again and my flesh is exposed the skin would grow the next day and peel off in that same day . you have recurrent lip inflammation -chelitis .
it may be due to dry and sensitive skin ,drug induced or viral infection
you need to apply good moisturizer and sunscreen base lip product .
avoid sun exposure and going in wind
do not pick the peel skin
do not lick the lip and drink more water and avoid hot and spicy food
