Black Spots With Redness After Co2 Laser On Face For Molluscum. Is It Safe To Use Fultibact?

I have undergone co2 laser on my face for molluscum. ..as the doctor said it was molluscum. ...it appeared as white heads... After the treatment I had black spots on my face n redness... Doctor advised to use flutibact... Is it safe? Will these spots go... I m a little worried?

yes you can add it as these are ointments which can be used for black spots in the face
but don't use for very very long time as they have side effect if used long
in my opinion retinoids acid application after using flutibact for short time can help much
