Bladder Prolapse. Lower Back Pain. Done Surgery. Had Hysterectomy. Further?

hi,this is my third bladder prolaps in 7years ,all caused by the job i do and the heavyness of my work...i have been getting lower back pain for the past few days...would this be caused by the prolaps...the last 2 times i have had surgery i have had 8 weeks off work but it dosent seem enough....i am 54 yrs old..and have had 5 children including twins and a hysterectomy...

Hi,
It seems that your problem might be due to multiple pregnancies, Hysterectomy and type of your work.
Backache might be due to this problem.
Change the type of work.
Do perinea l muscle exercise.
Avoid weight lifting.
Avoid constipation
For having bladder prolapse again, consult Gynaec and take her opinion.
