Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
Let me address each aspect of your query and then reach a final conclusion. Coming to the
bleeding after intercourse for you. The causes for this can be the following:
-Damage or
injury to the vagina either due to previous injury (child birth, etc.) or due to recent trauma resulted from intercourse (this is seen in many women and at times in those who practice rough/aggressive intercourse)
-Dryness of the vagina can increase the friction and result in bleeding
-Tumors or growth in the cervix
-Cervical erosion
-Infections (pelvic inflammatory diseases)
-Sexually transmitted diseases
Looking at your case individually we might not be able to say much about the diagnosis, but the fact that your partner also display symptoms of blood in the urine, which could most probably be the sign of an infection. This infection could be of the
urinary tract or even a sexually transmitted infection.
I would suggest you to visit a gynecologist and your partner to visit a sexually transmitted disease specialist. This will ensure an accurate diagnosis.

Best wishes.
