Bleeding After Intercourse, In Pain, Kidney Infection Due To A UTI Spreading, Had A Molar Pregnancy And An Ectopic Pregnancy, Left Fallopian Tube Removed. Concerned?

Hello my name is Gabrielle... Today after having intercourse about 30 mins later I noticed I have light but red blood on the toilet paper when I wiped... I am experiencing pain in my lower abdomen on the right side which goes up my lower back. I have had kidney infection due to a UTI spreading but I didn t have blood like this. Also, I have had a molar pregnancy and an ectopic pregnancy and had my left Fallopian tube removed... Should I make an appointment to see my doctor? What do you think it could be?
