Bleeding And Severe Cramping Due To Sprintec. Severe Nipple Soreness, Consistent Cramps, Nausea, Mild Fever, Extreme Mood Swings After Switching To Generess Fe. Concerning?

I am 25 years old. I had been on Sprintec for well over a year. In a 6 month span, I had breakthrough bleeding three different times (for the first time in my life). Once lasting 5 days, the second time lasting 2 days, and the third time lasting 25 days straight. During the 25 days I had prominent cramping. I just switched to Generess Fe and have had some extreme side effects this month. I had severe nipple soreness for the first time in my life, overall breast tenderness, consistent cramping, nausea, low grade fever for 5 days straight, and extreme mood swings. Is this common in the first month of switching between these two BCPs, or should I be concerned?
