go to ur nearby family doc for examination because it may be piles or fistula problem or if it comes in motion then it be any internal bleeding but without examination no doc tell u what is the exact problem... but one thing as u know there is some problem so to ur nearby family physician as soon as possible unless the problem may increase and tough to handle...
