How Can Severe Constipation During Pregnancy Be Treated?

Hi im 7 months pregnant and I have severe constipation and bleeding during motion but suddenly today a small skin like thing came out of my anus and started bleeding heavily after motion it went back inside anus. So plz suggest me wat can be done to stop bleeding during potty

Hi I think you can take some stool softener like syrup lactulose 2 tsf at no. Also you can apply piles ointment locally. You can take a glass of warm milk with isabgula husk at night to relieve constipation. Avoid oily and spicy food. You may be having piles. Consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Hope it helps.
