Bleeding During Stools, Hyper Sensitive, Alcoholic, No Spicy Food. On Oxerute CD. Any Instant Relief?

Bleeds from anus after passing tools every time for the past two months .. one doctor advised Oxerute CD - like to have your opinion and suggest suitable immediate relief for this please. I have avoided spicy foods.
Also often i feel in comfort and pain before and after bleeding.
I am slightly hyper tensive, social drunker and no other bad habits.Male/55years old.

You seem to have external hemorrhoids. I also see that you are in pain and discomfort.

Your doctor has prescribed the right drug. Please continue it.

If I were your treating doctor, I would do an elective hemorrhoidectomy at the earliest possible date to help you get rid of the problem permanently.
