Bleeding From Pinhole Size Hole In Scrotum. Should I Go To The Doctor?

i am 59 years old, seemingly in good health. I wiped my scrotum after shower and notice blooding coming out
of the scrotum. the bleeding spot is about the size of a pin hole and blood is coming out non stop. There is
no pain of discomfort. I am apply pressure on the spot to stop the bleeding. Should i go to the hospital

Thanks for the query,

Scrotum is highly vascular.

A minute injury may cause profuse bleed.

Try to apply pressure for 5 min and see.

If the bleed still continues, you must meet a doctor.
