Bleeding Penis, Genital Sores After Sexual Encounter. HIV Status Unknown. What Do I Fear?

I had a handjob yesterday. During the handjob it was a bit tough for me and it hurt so i asked the person performing the handjob to stop (before the handjob my penis was healthy and no genital sores). I discovered that my penis was bleeding a bit. The hiv status of the person doing the handjob is unknown. Dont know about any cuts on the person's hand although i dont think there was any.
