Is It Possible To Contract HIV Without Non Penetrative Sex?

hi.Can I contract HIV through genital rubbing on a really wet vagina? My entire penis head was.covered in fluid. My penis never entered the vagina. But, if it did accidentally go in at the very tip (not sure), then what is the probability of exposure to HIV. Please help. Thank you!

Even though your penis did not enter the vagina, your penis was covered with the vaginal fluid.
Body fluids do contain HIV; Semen & Vaginal secretions being very heavily loaded with HIV. So contact with vaginal secretions does carry high risk of HIV transmission.
There is no immediate way of knowing whether you have contacted HIV infection or not as during the window (which can vary from 6 weeks to 6 months) period the HIV test is negative. PCR test can give you earlier results. However, I would advice you to go for immediate Post Exposure Protection at some VCTC centre.
