Bleeding, Spotting After Sexual Encounter, Sharp Pain. Taken Vaginal Ultrasound. Fear STD?

Had my period 11 days ago I'm 41 and have a new partner. We had sex yesterday and he always feels like he's hitting something I was spotting after and woke up this morning bleeding red red blood. A few hours ago it stopped and it has come back ? He has put me in the hospital once about 20 min after sex I had the worst sharpe pain they couldn't find anything they gave me a vaginal ultra sound and reg one nothing ? Now this ?

Hi, it appears to be due to the pelvic infection, or cervical erosion. It is to be treated immediately, or cauterization may be necessory.
I advise you to consult a gynacologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
