Bleeding Vaginally After Rough Sex. Had No Periods For 3 Years. Treatment To Stop Bleeding?

I had a little rough sex day before yesterday. Hubby used a dildo and got a little carried away. I am 51 haven't had a period on almost 3 years. I started bleeding vaginally afterwards and still bleeding today. I am thinking the inside of my virgina tore a little. No pain, just bleeding. It's enough to have to use a tampon but that seems to make the bleeding worse. What can I do to stop the bleeding so it can heal up?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
The possible causes for the bleeding are:
-Post-coital tear
-Local causes like cervical erosion, polyp etc.
So you once consult gynecologist and get examined to findout the actual cause.
The with her advice you can go for the treatment.
Vaginal dryness is common in this age group. So you can go for lubricants with your doctor's advice.
