Bleeding With Abdominal Pain After Taking Unwanted 72 After Unprotected Sex. Is The Bleeding Due To Contraceptive?
Hi,after having unprotected sex I took 'Unwanted 72' within 72 hours.After about a week since yesterday I see that I have started bleeding with a little pain in my lower abdomen.The feeling is that of a period however when I had unprotected sex I was already having my regular periods.Kindly let me know whether the bleeding is a result of consuming the emergency contraception or is it my regular periods?

Period like bleeding is due to emergency contraceptive pills.
There is a withdrawal bleeding due to disturbed hormonal balance after pill.
Now wait for regular cycle after this.
Till then avoid unprotected sex.
