Bleeding With Clots, Severe Pain After Heavy Lifting, Standing For Long And Orgasm. Ultrasound Showed Mild Prolapse From Childbirth. Other Tests Normal. Any Ideas?
I bleed and have blood clots and severe pain after heavy lifting, standing for too long and after I orgasm without male penetration for many months now. I just turned 31 years old, normal pap done 4 weeks ago, ultrasound only found a mild prolapse from childbirth, thyroid test came back good...no real answer still from my doctor...now she wants me to do a CT to get more in def...what might be causing this??
The cause for bleeding intermenstrually, after lifting weights, etc; can be many, but I shall list the main categories for you to refer to and discuss with your doctor. They are: -Hormonal imbalances -Thyroid abnormalities -Uterus abormalities (eg. Fibroids, polyps, etc.) -Abnormalities of the inner lining of uterus (eg. Endometriosis, endometrial hyperplasia, etc.) -Infections
Keeping these conditions in mind and the tests you have already undergone I would recommend a urine examination, vaginal swab test, transbagina ultrasound scan, pap smear and blood test to check on your hormone levels.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
