Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
It seems you might be having a type of hand and feet eczema known as pompholyx. It is characterised by severely itchy tiny deep seated blisters over palm, soles anf sides of fingers and toes.
The treatment requires
Application of a steroid cream like mometasone twice in a day
Use of good emollient on regular basis
Use of oral antihistamine like cetirizine
Oral steroids are only required in severe, recurrent, refractory diseasr not responding to creams.
Avoid using harsh soaps and detergents etc as it may exacerbate the problem.
Hope that helped.
Take care.
