Hi thanks for your question.
You have developed a bump on the back of your neck following bitten by tick 15 days back. Most probably you have developed super added bacterial infection on the tick bite site. The infection has spread to surrounding structures. The fatigue and fever could be due to infection. The infection is not responding to treatment because the dose of amoxicillin your taking is very, very less for you. In fact it is a dose for neonate. The minimum dose of amoxicillin for you is 500mg three times a day. I would suggest you to consult a physician who may examine you to differentiate between Lyme disease and Rocky Mount spotted fever or simple superadded bacterial infection on tick bite. He/she may advice you few investigations and may prescribe you appropriate antibiotic in appropriate dose. You may also need antihistaminic and analgesics anti-inflammatory drugs.
Hope this answers your question

Hi, first you think of common ailments , then you may think of the rest, it could be a common bacterial infection over the bite, or individual.i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. If no response you may have to get theculture and sensitivity of the discharge from the boils.
Thank you.
