Blisters That Form On Arm, Chest, Neck And Face, Forms A Scab, Shows White Roots When Removed. What Is It ?
I have blisters that form on my arm , chest, neck and face. start out as blister, itch , form a scab and when the scab is removed, there are many white roots that I sometimes can pull out. The area gets red, bleeds , sometimes the skin is rough and never seems to go away. I have tried, antibiotics, steroid creme, cortizone creme, etc. and nothing works.

It sems that you are having some bullous dermatosis.
There are many types of bullous dermatoses.
For perfect diagnosis and treatment you consult dermatologist.
Thorough history, clinical examination and investigations may be done to come some conclusion.
If biopsy is needed, it may done.
