Blisters Under Penis, Burning Sensation While Taking Deep Breath. Tested Negative For STDs.

I have a small group of what I believe to be blisters under my penis. I recently got checked for chlymedia, syphillis & herpes 1&2
Test returned negative.
The bumps do not hurt an when erect are not visible. The last girl I had sex with admitted she had herpes when I told her I didn't want to see her anymore, we had sex 3times w/a condom.
At times I feel burning, but if I take a deep breath.. The sensation goes away, I think it's mental bc I've read it's what I'm supposed to feel.
