Hi Megan If your pregnancy test in negative, then you may have hormonal imbalance due to which your periods are irregular. You also have gastritis, so take some antacid for that. However, the issue of the delayed periods need to addressed with some blood tests and ultrasound.

Hi, - The acidity, bloating you have may or may not be due to pregnancy. - Delayed periods in child bearing stage, the first possibility is pregnancy. To confirm, you will have to go for- * Urine pregnancy test. Can be done at home( 8-10 days delayed menses.)The two lines on the strip will confirm pregnancy. The symptoms can be treated by avoiding spicy food. Taking bland food, preferably cold milk.Frequent small servings. No fasting. Ranitidine Tabs.reduce acidity.(150 mg twice a day) Thanks.
