What Causes Constant Low Grade Fever And Headache, U TI?

Hello my name is Jen..this is my mess...constant low grade fever (on and off for months) cough w phlem and tight chest , headaches, trouble sleeping, always tired, some nausea, recent Uti s and yeast infection, also inner ear infection...ugh!!! Please help with suggestions

Hello Jen.
Low grade fever for months ( on & off ) , cough , phlegm, tight test some nausea all these symptoms may be due to these reasons, these include.
1 Tuberculosis , as you mentioned that there is fever on & off , cough , phlegm , tight chest & tiredness is an indication of tuberculosis . Diagnosis can eb confirmed by x RAY , blood for C B C & E S R , phlegm ( sputum ) for A F B examination.
2 Typhoid fever may be the next reason of these symptoms with super infection in chest . Diagnosis can be confirmed by Widal test as well serology test for typhoid .
3 Bronchitis , as phlegm present , cough , tightness in chest . Diagnosis can be confirmed by X RAY chest with physical examination.
As you mentioned that there is urinary tract infection , so fever on & off may be due to urinary tract infection with added infection in chest. Diagnosis can be confirmed by urine culture.
In your case as you mentioned that recently there was yeast infection with UTI and infection in ear also .
As far as concerned fever may respond to antibiotics and also ear infection , uti .
In my opinion consult a primary care physician and get his opinion as mentioned above.
