Bloating After Meals, Unable To Conceive. Reasons ?
Hi my name is AAAAA and I have been bloating up as if I was pregnant, for the past 6 days. And I only take a bite or two of my food and when I do eat a regular meal I feel so full that I just want to throw up. I am 22 and I am married and yes we are having unprotected sex hoping that one day we get a little bundle of joy. Can you help me?
Hello,
History noted. You are suffering from acute gastritis. Consult your physician and take a course of antacid for 20 days. Kindly modify your regular habits. Reduce the intake of oily and spicy food.avoid junk foods. Daily include a fruit in the diet. Increase the fibre content of your food by increasing green leaves and vegetables too.Drink 3 litres of water per day. Go for a relaxed walk either morning or evening for half an hour. Complete your last meal at least 1 hour before sleep. Keep doing all these for a month, you will feel the difference. Regarding baby, keep trying during the unsafe period, all the best.
Good day.
