Bloating In Stomach, Fatigue, Nausea And Bleeding With Clots. Family History Of Cancer And Stroke. What Could This Be?

My tummy appears like I'm 9 mo's pregnant, very swollen and with many red dots, haven't been feeling well for long time, extreme fatigue, nausia, feel very full after a couple bites but gaining weight, I'm 52...havent had a period in about a year but suddenly bleeding with clots, I normally feel young and full of energy but past few years has been horrible. Mom disgnosed with cervical cancer, she suffered 2 strokes that rendered her paralyzed on the right side, feeding tube, can't communicate, etc. I don't have insurance so I'll be honest, if I have cancer...I just want to know so I can enjoy my time left and make sure my kids are ok.

Hello madam, from the history you have given, since you have post menopausal bleeding and also a family history of carcinoma cervix, there could be chances of underlying malignancy....But cancer can be ruled out or can be diagnosed only after undergoing a detail examination by a gynaecologist, followed by appropriate investigations.....i would suggest you to visit your gynaecologist as it can give you reassurance if there is no underlying pathology.....If in case if you are diagnosed with some underlying pathology, treatment can prevent from further detoriation of your health.....hope i was helpful to you. ...
