I have been experiencing bloating, stress, anxiety & frustration, for a few weeks. I was told I have IBS and am trying to treat it with a diet of Non-dairy yogurt, Chai seeds, Benefiber , and Granola, prescribed by Gastro doctor. Breakfast & liquids throughout the day. In the evening, told to take Miralax or Milk of Magnesia . I have not been able to eat foods with high fiber or dairy products. I am getting more stressed trying to find a solution to these problems.. I would appreciate help with this.
