Blocked Nose, Phlegm In Throat, Sneezing, Back Pain. What Is Wrong?

Hi, for the past few days I had a blocked nose at night and then it would clear up in the day time. Today, however, I woke up with a blocked nose which hasn't cleared but rather got worse, phlegm in throat, sneezing and a stabbing pain in my back on the lower right side. I did not wake with the pain in my back, it started later on in the morning but has not eased up. What is wrong with me and what do I do?

Hi,
It seems that you are having acute upper respiratory tract infection giving rise to all these symptoms.
Put decongestant nasal drops in nostrils.
Take some decongestant oral medicines to get symptomatic relief from your problem.
Do warm water gargle.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
If require your doctor may go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Ok and take care.
