Blood In Sperm, Yellowish, Burning Sensation While Urinating, Swollen Scrotum. Diagnosed As Dysuria, Hematosperma. Advice?
HI. I'm jorz from philippines.. i have symptoms like, blood in sperm, yellowish sperm, burning sensation when urinating, problem w/ urinating,. my doctor said its dysuria and Hematospermia, so im taking now altacef and rowatinex.. but later., my i felt mild pain on my scrotum and became little swollen.. i don't have fever or any chills.. i believe it's Epididymitis.. i don't know.. what should i do? please help...
Welcome to HCM. It could be due to spread of infection in the cord to testis , called epididymo orchitis. You have to continue antibiotic with nsaid to subside pain,swelling. Go for usg testis to confirm the diagnosis. Drink more liquids,take proper local care,avoid tight under garment. Keep in touch with your doctor.
