Blood In Stool After Alcohol Consumption. Pain In The Intestines. Black Diarrhea. Anything To Be Concerned?

I'm 29, 160lb male. For a couple years now I will poop blood the day after drinking alcohol. It's black. One night after drinking I was sleeping after drinking and I woke up with the worst pain in my intestines. Felt like a sharp rock was passing through my intestinal wall. It was very painful for like 15 min. The last time I drank I had only ONE BEER and I had black diharrea, so since then I quit drinking and havn't had a problem since. It only ever happend after drinking. Since I quit drinking, is there anything I should worry about anymore?

well it depends upon that when was the last time you had your drink and what symptoms are you having currently ? if you are still having black stools you need to see a gastroenterologist. alcohol damages the protecting layer of intestines and leads to wounds in the intestines and those wounds bleed inside us and lead to these black stools.
