Hello and welcome to HCM,
Blood in stools can be present due to a number of causes, like infection, piles, bleeding lesion in the intestine, injury to anal skin, etc.
You need to consult a surgeon for clinical examination.
Any injury or piles can be identifies on examination.
A stool examination will also help in case of infections.
If the stool examination is normal and no external lesion is identified,
sigmoidoscopy or
colonoscopy can be done to look for any lesion in the lower intestinal tract.
Body pains can be due to a number of causes but anemia causing
fatigue is one of the causes. Blood loss can cause anemia.
Fullness,
bloating, gas in abdomen can be due to regurgitation. You can tale
proton pump inhibitors for this problem.
Thanks and take care.
