Blood In Stools, Soft Stools After Taking NH Vege F Bre Plus. Reason?

I took NH Vege F’bre Plus is a nutritious fibre drink formulated for Asians with hectic lifestyles, imbalanced diets and weight problems. Made from 100% natural ingredients, it is a natural source of insoluble and soluble fibres that maintains bowel regularity and replenishes the body with rich botanical nutrients for general well-being.
I took it daily for 4 days and on the 5th day, i noticed that my bowel is very soft and had fresh blood. Stopped it for 2 weeks and took it again and experienced the same. Consulted a pharmacist and was informed that detox should be done every 6 months for my case.

I have stopped taking any detox tea. I noticed that whenever i had a stomachache and had to go to toilet for more than 3 times a day - i will have fresh blood at the last bit only.

I don't know about Vege f'bre plus .
The main query is blood after stool, that too fresh, from last six months.
Only one possibility is hemorrhoids as you have consumed fiber type diet .
In your query you mentioned that there were blood during Vege diet.
In my opinion ,consult a surgeon and get his opinion for hemorrhoids.
