Blood Pressure High, Feeling Dizzy And Having Decreased Vision During Morning

Wondering about a BP reading of 152/93 with a pulse of 81. I'm 51 years old and have been a smoker. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to pass out but not really a dizzy feeling. Certainly have had a decrease in vision lately especially in the morning. Couldn't get in to see a doctor until the 20th of Sept.
