Blood Pressure Of 180/90 For A 62 Years Old Man. Is It Bad ?

Blood pressure of my Father is 180 over 90. He is 62 years old.Is that dangerous? What activities he should take to slow down the upper limit?

Systolic bp in comparison to diastolic bp is less important.
Cut down salt and fat,
do physical exercise like walking,swimming.
Do some routine minor activity.
