I recently had a routine physical at my work place. My blood work for AST, ALT, and GGT have increased in the past 3 years. I’m 41 years old and occasional drinker. What could cause this spike in my numbers

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,,complete LFT,Lipid profile,RFT,Ultrasound of abdomen,viral markers.
You can take tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 150 mg twice daily for 3-4 months.It can repair injured liver cells.
