I will suggest that next time you give us some hints as to why you carried out the tests so that we can contextualize the interpretation. Grossly speaking, Glucose, Chloride, Anion Gap, globulin, White blood cells, Red blood cells are all Normal. Leutenizing hormone and follicule stimulating hormone are interpreted depending on the phase of you cycle as they rise and fall during different phases.
