Bloody Stool, Lower Stomach Pain, Arm Pain. Reasons ?

For the past month I have bloody stool , lower stomach pain, arm pain. I m 33 year old white male and do not drink alcohol or smoke . I am allergic to medication like tylonel ect. It s not good for me. I m 5 10 and weigh 220. I have a very big belly that s where most of my fat is. I want to know what I Might gave I did have a fissure before 6 years ago

Thanks for query,
Is is frank blood ?If yes then it is due to fissure.
If it is mixed with stool & brown or black then it might come from intestine then the possibility of irritable bowel syndrome or Amoebiasis or Enteritis or some new growth arise.
You consult your doctor for proper diagnosis.
He will examine you & advice accordingly.
