Blotchy Red Hands, Skin Peeling, Small Blisters On My Fingers, Tingling Sensation
I ve over the last 2 weeks gotten blotchy red hands which are beginning to peel now. Occasionally I get what appear to be small blisters on my fingers. I get a tingling sensation every so often in them. It s making me uncomfortable. I have a fungal infection in my groin/genital region. Could it have spread? I recently moved to Thailand so I was wondering if the dramatic climate change has had an effect also?
Get a KOH scraping from the scale which will help confirm or rule out tinea Mannum. >If KOH come negative it seems most likely to be either Dyshidrotic eczema or keratolysis exfoliativa. >If KOH is positive then apply antifungal creams like clotrimzole, ketoconazole, sertaconazole or luliconazole for 4 weeks and also take oral fluconazole once every week for 4-6 weeks.
Treatment of both conditions is somewhat similar. Use a moisturising cream mixed with a moderately potent steroid like mometasone and apply twice daily for 2 weeks. Avoid using excessive soaps.

Blotchy Red Hands, Skin Peeling, Small Blisters On My Fingers, Tingling Sensation
hi. It could be dyshidrotic eczema, inflammtory tinea Mannum or simply keratolysis exfoliativa.
