Body And Head Ache, Chills, Fever, Sore Throat, Itchiness With Rashes On Leg. Shingles Or Lupus?

one of my friends has the symptoms of body aches head aches fever chills yesterday and today he still has a sore throat some areas really itchy no visible lesions he had rashes on legs and love handles for two day but are now gone he does have some rashes ... he thinks it could be shingles or lupus what do you think?

Hello.i think it is shingles.because lupus will not be transient..use 5-7 days of acyclovir800 mg five times daily along with antiinflammatory agent to relieve fever and other symptoms
