Body Tremors After Taking Effexor For Depression. Dizziness, Twitching After Stopping Effexor. Symptoms Of Withdrawal?

I was taking effexor 75mgs for 2 or 3 months, worked great for my depression, then I started getting body tremors while tring to sleep, got progfressivelt worse, I wanted to see if it was the effexor, so I stopped it last week, no bad tremors, bu twitching, waking up often, dizzy, is this withdrawl? will it go away. was it the effexor that gave me the temors?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
The most common side effect of antidepressant drug is tremors in an individuals ,however intensity is different from person to person.
Few feel very bad tremors ,while others feel mild degree tremors.
Venlafaxine hydrochloride "EFFEXOR" is one of such drug.
Withdrawal syndrome is common but it will take 7-10 days and will disappear.
dizziness , anxiety, depression ,insomnia are common withdrawal symptoms so need not to consult any one.
