Hi welcome to HCMForum. it appears to be not boils but may be verts a sort of viral infection. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I advise you some diet recomendations as avoid taking brinjal and sea foods.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses sprouts fruits and juices.
Wishing for quick recovery, and thanks for calling.
Hi, Devkandari,
Thanks for query.
It seems that you might be having fungal infection on scrotum or dermatitis.
Due to itching you got super added infection.
Go for antibiotic medicine and for itching take tablet Cetrizine.
Apply triple action cream on scrotum after proper cleaning with antiseptic lotion.
Ok and bye.
