Borderline Diabetes, Tracking Blood Sugar Levels. Taken Blood Sugar After Eating. Diabetes?

I have been tracking my blood sugar levels and they range from a fasting level of 130-150 s in the morning. I go all over the board of number range after an hour of eating. I just took my blood sugar and it 171 after 1 hour of eating. I feel tired and I am very irritable. I have been borderline diabetic for years. Is that number an indication of possibly going diabetic?

definetely your in impaired glucose tolerance that means your in borderline diabetic and if your not in control of diet and exercise, you are in more chance of end up with diabetic patient..
