Bottom Of My Labia There Is A Round Things

Hi i need help on the bottom of my labia theres a round things there its suppose to be, but its been puffed out and it doesn't look the same as it did its a redish pink its super sore and itchy . and it feels like have bumps outside it. i had sum diaper rash on to help my bum . and i got some near my thing. my mother said it wouldn't hurt it. and i got some on it by accident.

The roundish lump at the bottom of labia is most likely to be a part of torn hymen. Due to the undergarment fiber it may have got inflamed-sore and itchy. An antiseptic cream with steroid applied locally will help you a lot.
