Bouts Of Diarrhea, Mucus Discharge From Rectum. What Is Wrong?
Hello-I had a bout with diarrhea for a couple of days and then loose stools for a few more. Today I am having a jelly like discharge from my rectum when I feel I have to go to the bathroom to have a bowel movement. This is a clear thick jelly like substance and I have gas along with it. What do you suppose this could be from??

Hi,
It seems that you might be having Gastro-enteritis with some amoebic infection giving this problem.
Consult your doctor and with some GI antibiotic with Ornidazole combination,prescribed by him will cure your problem.
Take light diet like curd, rice and buttermilk.
