Bowel Disorder, Acidity. Having Hemorrhoid, Constipation. Treatment?

Hi doctor Samuel, My name is Mary, 26 years old, recently, I have been suffering from my bowel disorder and my stomach symptoms . My tummy on my left hip side always feels hurt and be full of gas. I have my bowelment <3 times/week and after each time, I still have the feeling to go again . Moreover, I have hemorrhoid and constipation. I tried to find the cure and medicine but I even don't know what 's wrong with me.

Hi Mary,
Welcome to HCM.
Bowel movements should be normally occurring for at least every 20 -24 hrs.Thrice a week bowel movement is definitely worrisome. As you are having constipation, the feeling of incomplete evacuation occurs. Hemorrhoids can be aggravated by constipation and you can have more bleeding in stools. First your constipation problems have to be treated. Tab Dulcolax two tablets only at night after food for three days. Drink lots of water. Include fruits like banana and papaya in your diet. Once you start getting regular bowels, get in touch with a surgeon who can examine your hemorrhoids and treat them. Thanks.
