Breast Injury, Knot Formation, Pimple Like Formation, White Pus, Very Tender Lump. Seek Medical Attention?

I was accidentally hit quite hard my right breast yesterday and when I woke up this morning I had a knot just above my nipple in the areola area. Upon examining it there appeared to be a head on it like a pimple. I proceeded to squeeze it and white stuff came out. I have repeated this quite a few times throughout the day but the tenderness and lump are not getting any better should I seek medical attention?

Hi,
The areola of breast nipple have several small tubercles at the periferi.These are 'Montegmerries" tubercle having joints of milk secreating ducts underneeth.
It seems one of the tubercle was hit & injured. the swelling is not to be disturbed ,squeezed or piearced .in early stage cold pack helps reduction of inflammation.
Pl visit a doctor He will advice healing drugs(anti inflammatory anlgesics,antibiotics )as per need

Pl.keep the area dry,do not scratch,apply local antibiotic oinments if there infection.
