Breast Itchy And Scaly With Swollen Areola And Sharp Pain In Left Nipple. Should I Be Worried?

Good morning, I need some advice. Im 36 years old and my breasts has started to itch a lot and also become scaly. Ive used breast cream to help with the itching. Ive then noticed after a while that my left breast has like a little swolen section on the areola area under the nipple and is white. It looks like there is a small pimple in the middle of the white section. The brown of the areola not on that section anymore. I do bet sharp pains into the left nipple accosionally. Do I need to worry and do I need to go to a doctor?

Thanks for coming to Health care magic.
You probably have a boil or some infection in that area with some pus collection. Please visit your doctor for examination who will assess if you need drainage also. Your doctor will also put you on antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines to control infection.
Wish you get better soon.
