Breast Lump Due To Accident

I bruised my right breast recently by catching it on my car door and now I have found a hard lump underneath the skin where the bruise was.Should I be worried?

Thanks for query,
Nothing to worry,
There is infection in bruised breast.
Go for antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicines and you will be alright.
