Breastfed Baby Also Given Nan Pro. Had Insufficient Milk Which Was Treated By Shatavari. How Else Do I Increase My Milk Supply?

My baby is two months twenty-five days old, and I am supplementing with nan pro 1, almost four to five times a day, 90 ml time. Rest of the time I am breastfeeding my baby till he empties...Now my concern is when my baby was born the my milk was sufficient, however, it reduced layer, I took lactare and now taking shatavari, but if I only breastfeed my baby he cries to the glory. Also my gynaecologist n obs. Checked and confirmed my milk is currently less.The situation at home,do,not permit me to take absolute rest as I,do not have a support system, and m mostly sleepless....what doI do to increase milk supply

Thanks for your query.
Relax,do not worry as anxiety leads to decreased milk production.
Take good balanced diet.You need 500calories extra during breastfeeding.
Take plenty of fluids,milk,fruit,nuts.
Be in relax position while feeding.
Everytime you gave bottle to baby prior to that put him to breast as sucking reflex increases milk production.
Above all think positive.
