Dear Sir Thanks for your query to HCmagic. If you have undergone angiography? If it shows blockages? Do you have anginal chest pain? Because only valid indication (that too,helpful in a minority of patients and to a small extent) for EECP (enhanced external counterpulsation) is chronic stable angina refractory to medical therapy and where angioplasty/ bypass surgery can not be done. Till date there is no recommendation for EECP in increasing ejection fraction (EF). Although there are few observations favoring this but there are many issues. Hence it can not be recommended for sole purpose of increasing pumping. Coenzyme Q is also not recommended for this purpose. There are many other therapies helpful in low EF patients.
