You must seek immediate medical attention. How old are you? Have you had an accident or trauma? What is your blood pressure? If blood is only coming out of the front of your nose, pinch it firmly and apply ice. If blood is coming into your throat do not lie down on your back, keep sitting forward, spit it into a container (don't swallow as far as possible) and have someone take you to a casualty or emergency room.
