Brother Was Suggested For L4-5 Pivd Surgery. Can It Be Cured Without Surgery? What Can Be Done?

i just want to know about surgery of L4-5 Pivd.my brother has this problem. we showing him in AMS. but they gave me surgery time in 10 September 2013 is it good time should we wait for that month?(bcoz there is lots of waiting list or i dont know why the take long time please let me know) he having pain.

and also if i will go any private hospital so what will cost of these all surgery? please let me know?
3. is there any why he will be OK without surgery?
i am attaching his reports please look it.
and please suggest me somthing what should i do

In ayurveda there is a procedure in which we fill medicated oil over the area involved and allow this to be there for say about half an hour at a slightly hot temperature. Oil gets directly absorbed and rellieves the problem. It has given very good results. The procedure is called kati vasti. Get it done . quite possible surgery may not be needed at all.
